A preview of what LinkedIn members have to say about Kelly: “ Kelly Hope was an absolute pleasure to work with at Eventerprise due to her professionalism and passion. From the moment I first started speaking to Kelly, I had a good feeling about the company as she put me at ease and her communication was terrific. After a few days of starting. As Executive Producer and Director for Hope Kelley Productions, Hope Kelley has been in the Television Broadcast industry for eighteen years. With all that’s going on in our world right now, like others, I’m self-quarantining myself as much as possible and decided yesterday would be a good day to start going through some boxes from my teaching days.At my last school, I had two students who shared the same name. Was built like a football player but had a gentle spirit. He paid attention to the little thingslike on the days when the students were being just a tad overwhelming and I would close my eyes and pray out loud “Lord, give me strength!” One particularly challenging day, I closed my eyes to take a deep breath and heard Robert D.’s voice right beside me boom, “give her STRENGTH, Lawd! Give her STRENGTH!” It was all I could do not to laugh out loud.
I opened my eyes, smiled and said “Thank you, Robert”. He smiled right back and said “You welcome.”The other Robert was the exact opposite. Was more serious and quiet and I always loved seeing him laugh with his friends.
One early Monday morning as the students were filing into the classroom, I said “Good morning, Robert.” Looking half-asleep, he answered “goodmornin’. “What did you do this weekend?” I asked. Thought for a long minute. “Played with my sisters” he finally replied. “I didn’t know you had any sisters!” I exclaimed. “What are their names?” Another long pause. “You don’t remember?” I prompted him.

Shaking his head really fast he replied with a straight face “I got too many of ‘em.”I know that for myself, being self-quarantined is helping me slow down once again and make time for the things that really matter. Just last week alone, I emailed and texted and heard back from friends that I haven’t talked to in a while. Friday on my lunch break, I sat and visited with my aunt on her front porch swing (leaving 6 feet between us) as we enjoyed the fresh spring air and sunshine. And on Saturday, I talked on the phone with a college friend for almost 2 hours!Even with all the unknowns right now, both of my Roberts have taught me this. Number 1: the Lord will give us strength when we ask Him. Number 2: It’s always the right time to play/connect with friends and family. I don’t think you can ever “have too many of ‘em.” And who knows?
You might even remember their name. Published by kellyhopeauthorKelly Hope is passionate about children and making sure the Word of God gets into their young hearts.
